Can't say it looked good judged by what's shown in Google Sketch but knowing Sketch's limitations, I just use the ole noggin for some good old fashion imagination.

After last couple of weeks anxiety over the toilets (still not entirely happy), it's now the airconditoners turn. As usual the best solution cost the most money upfront and the cheapest cost most to operate. The solution: no A/C, drop coffee, sell flavored ice beverages instead.
